PRIVACY POLICY

INGLO is strongly committed to protecting your privacy. We want your experience with us to be positive, safe, and beneficial to you. Our Privacy Policy aims to put before you in a transparent manner, the information that INGLO gathers, and the way it is treated when you are accessing our product as a paying customer.

1. Profile Creation
The details entered within the fields at the first time of logging-in, are stored on our servers. This is done solely for profile creation purposes, and ease of access during your subsequent visits. Having a profile allows for us to gather information based on your consumption of our services. As such, allowing us to prepare tailor made offers specifically for your profile.

2.Addresses & Locations
INGLO does not store any data related to locations you have visited. Any, and all addresses you visit or save as favourites are uniquely stored on your individual profile within the application, to which only you have access. The pick-up and drop-off location you input, allow us to locate the closest available driver to dispatch to your location in order to facilitate service in a professional manner.

3. Card Payment
Due to our commitment to the security of your personal card information, we ensure that none of your data is stored on our servers. INGLO has appointed internationally renowned, IAS and ISO Accredited payment gateway providers, RAZORPAY, to manage all transactions. In addition to using 3DS2 is an authentication protocol, RAZORPAY manages complex structures to ensure that all information remains strongly encrypted from end-to-end. Member and User information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other third party for any reason whatsoever, without the consent of the customer. Other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested by our Members and Users. Please note: we do not knowingly collect any information from children below the age of 18 through our services. As we require all user of our services to be at least 18 years of age. By continuing to use INGLO, you consent to the use of your information, as identified above, in accordance with the Privacy Policy. We thank you for your trust!

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1.User Registration
The person who is using the service should be registered to the system as a user/ customer. For registering as a user/ customer the person who uses the service should download the INGLO EV PLUG application from the Play store and register themselves as user/ customer by providing personal information such as email & name. The user can use email for registering purpose. Additional personal information might be required after registration subject to services requested by the user/ customer.

2.Charging Session
The charging session starts from the time when the user starts the session through app & the session is considered ended when the timer or money runs out for the session. Also, the session is considered ended if the user/ customer terminates the session manually from the App. It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure the charging begins & completes correctly.

3.Procedure for requesting Refund
In case where the user/ customer needs a refund, it can be raised through sending an email to info@inglo.in with the reason for refund of fee. Refunds will be processed only for requests submitted within 48 hours of the booking. Refund requests raised after 48 hours of the booking date shall not be eligible for refunds. The approval/ settlement of the refund requests can take up to 5 to 7 business days.

4.Eligibility Criteria for Refunds

  • The device is unable to provide output even when there is power supply.
  • The device is inaccessible due to any software/ firmware related issue in INGLO EV PLUG app.
  • The device stopped abruptly due to some technical issues. Here, in cases where there are Energy consumption values, partial refund can be done based on the usage.
  • In cases where the payment was successful & the user was unable to go to the booking page, the transaction id shall be collected from the user & cross verify the same with the concerned team internally. If found eligible, refund shall be processed for the user.

For any other cases, in cases where the payment has failed, refunds shall not be considered as the user will be refunded automatically within 7 business days by the payment gateway itself.

Any failure/ error happening during the transaction time can be from both parties (INGLO team & the Payment Gateway). In these cases, transaction id shall be collected from the user & cross verify the same with the concerned team internally. If found eligible, refund shall be processed for the user.

SHIPPING POLICY

All Orders are processed within 4weeks from the date of receiving PO. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
